Job description

Job Description:

1. Performing duties such as checking and recording of patient vital information, documentation and communication
2. Monitoring patient and their condition before/after treatment or consultation
3. Ward rounds and duties
4. Working and coordinating with doctors and other nurses
5. Managing enquiries
6. Administering medications/dressings
7. Preparing reports and referring patients to relevant specialists when necessary
8. Chaperone duties
9. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
10. Duties may vary depending on discipline/settings

Requirements:

1. NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
2. Possess a valid SNB & BCLS license/registration
3. Team player but good ability to work independently when necessary
4. Good communication skills
5. Open to rostering and shift hours
