Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and finalize mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering drawings (including 2D detailed drawings and 3D models) in line with project design plans and technical requirements.
• Ensure all engineering drawings fully comply with Singapore PUB (Public Utilities Board) standards and relevant industry regulations, conduct strict self‑inspection and review to avoid non‑compliance risks.
• Proficiently use professional drawing software such as CAD (e.g., AutoCAD MEP) and Revit to complete drawing tasks, optimize drawing efficiency and precision through skilled software operation.
• Collaborate with M&E engineers, project managers, and on‑site construction teams to clarify design intentions, adjust drawings based on feedback, and ensure consistency between drawings and actual construction needs.
• Manage drawing versions and technical document archives, update drawing records in a timely manner, and ensure relevant personnel have access to the latest and accurate drawing information.
• Assist in preliminary drawing review, identify potential technical or compliance issues, and provide feasible suggestions for drawing optimization.

Job Requirements

• Possess practical experience in mechanical and electrical engineering drafting (at least 1‑2 years of relevant experience is preferred), with experience in construction or infrastructure projects being a plus.
• Have a thorough understanding of Singapore PUB specifications (including standards for water supply, drainage, and electrical systems in engineering projects) and be able to apply these specifications to drawing design and review.
• Proficient in operating CAD (e.g., AutoCAD) and Revit (or other equivalent 3D drawing software), capable of independently completing 2D detailing and 3D modeling of M&E engineering systems.
• Hard‑working and able to bear work pressure, willing to actively undertake tasks and adapt to the Monday‑to‑Saturday working schedule.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written), able to effectively communicate with the project team in English and accurately understand English technical documents and design requirements.
• Meticulous and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, able to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and standardization of engineering drawings.
