Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle management.
• Experience with Safety, Security and Human Factors standards.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Functional Team consisting of Systems, Infrastructure, and Specialty engineers.
• Contribute to Engineering initiatives and communicate clearly.
• Define and tailor discipline practices (process and tools).
