A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Training Manager with a strong background in energy and sustainable topics. This role involves designing and executing training programmes, managing budgets, and evaluating effectiveness while developing marketing strategies. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a training manager, preferred in energy/sustainable topics.
  • Proven success in designing and executing training programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and coordinate training programmes.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage training budget and develop marketing strategies.
  • Maintain understanding of training trends and best practices.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for programs.
  • Pre and onsite management of programmes.
  • Post-training follow-up including feedback.
  • Involve in business development of training function.
  • Marketing for programs including email campaigns.
  • Ensure programmes are aligned with WSQ requirements.
  • Maintenance and expansion of databases.
  • Engage in social media to promote courses.
  • Administrative duties.
