Responsibilities:

• Field Operations & Maintenance – Attend onboarding, inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, modifications, and installation of new systems; ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment.
• Team & Vendor Management – Supervise and direct technicians/engineers onsite, coordinate parts/drawings, and collaborate with team members.
• Reporting & Documentation – Prepare service reports, manuals, and support documents; share job progress and technical advice with superiors and internal teams.
• Customer & Technical Support – Provide training, technical guidance, and gather feedback from customers or service agents.
• Quality & Safety Oversight – Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition, oversee repairs and technical improvements, and review maintenance lists for service quality.

Requirements:

• Comfortable traveling on vessels when required.
