Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support site installation, testing and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor site progress, ensure quality standards, and conduct inspections to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and prepare project progress reports.
  • Prepare project documents, maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, equipment vendors and subcontractors for all project activities.
  • Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments and conduct technical evaluations for installation works.
  • Develop and monitor inspection and test plans.
  • Take proactive actions to prevent non-conformities.
  • Participate in the company’s ISO-related activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) is an added advantage
  • Technical knowledge of power transmission and distribution equipment (e.g., GIS, power transformers, shunt reactors).
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written, is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners who communicate only in Chinese.
  • Experience in project cost control is an advantage.
