Early Intervention & Special Needs Educator

We are seeking qualified and committed Early Intervention & Special Needs Educators to support the learning and development of children aged 0–6 years in a structured and inclusive preschool environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver structured, developmentally appropriate lessons for children, including those with additional learning needs
  • Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and functional development through play-based and curriculum-guided activities
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, caregivers, and other educators to support childrens learning goals
  • Monitor and document childrens progress, prepare reports, and maintain regular communication with caregivers
  • Support learning activities across various domains such as music, arts, storytelling, ICT, physical education, and vocational-based programmes
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience or training in early intervention or special needs education
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage classroom activities effectively
  • Willingness to undergo relevant training as required
