Job description

Our mission is to support clients with their relocation and settlement needs in Singapore, offering bespoke services tailored to their individual requirements. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Education Consultant cum Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team.

Education Consultant (60‑70%)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Meet with prospective students and families to understand their educational background, goals, and requirements.
  • Assess students’ academic strengths and interests to recommend suitable schools and programs.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of application documents.
  • Assist with application submissions and monitor admission progress.
  • Support clients with visa and pass applications (e.g., Student Pass/LTVP), including document preparation and procedural guidance.
  • Liaise with admissions offices regarding supplementary documents, interviews, and application updates.
  • Provide pre‑arrival support, including accommodation guidance, medical check‑up arrangements, and insurance information.
Personal Assistant (30‑40%)
  • Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle document management, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication across departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
  • Assist the Director with external communications, including emails, correspondence, and simple negotiations.
  • Prepare PPT proposals, contract agreements, and quotations.
  • Follow up on ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Director and ensure timely, high‑quality completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in the education consulting industry.
  • Solid knowledge of Singapore’s education system and the full admissions workflow, including student profiling, school selection, application submissions, interviews, placement tests, and follow‑up with schools.
  • Strong command of both Mandarin and English to liaise effectively with Mandarin‑speaking and English‑speaking clients and partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective time‑management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with school admission processes, Student Pass and LTVP applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Strong document organization and project management capabilities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service‑oriented mindset.
