The role is ideal for candidates with around two years PQE from peer firms, or roughly four years PQE from Big Four law firms. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance.
• Experience in equity and debt capital markets preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior lawyers on equity capital markets transactions.
• Manage workstreams independently and communicate with clients.
• Support cross-border transactions and team collaboration.
