Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher.
• Certification in Early Childhood Care & Education or Special Needs Education is an advantage.
• Passionate about working with children with special needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of responsibility and punctuality.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement programs for the class in alignment with the center's policies.
• Assist the main class teacher in managing challenging children using appropriate behavioral strategies.
• Build and maintain supportive relationships with both children and parents.
