  • Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am - 5.30pm & Sat: 9am - 1pm (WFH on Saturday)

About the Role

We are hiring an Admissions Manager to lead Early Years admissions and support families through the enrolment process. The role requires strong communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to engage confidently with parents and children.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries and manage the end-to-end admissions process
  • Provide accurate information on programs, curriculum, and school life
  • Arrange and conduct student assessments/interviews
  • Host school tours, open houses, and information sessions
  • Maintain updated admissions records and reports
  • Guide parents throughout the admissions decision process
  • Work closely with academic, admin, and marketing teams
  • Represent the school professionally at community and outreach events
Requirements:
  • Experience in admissions, customer service, or education sector
  • Knowledge of early childhood development preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational abilities
  • Proficient with admissions/CRM systems is a plus
  • Mandarin-speaking ability to liaise with non-English speaking families
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
