• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child and infant
• Plan and lead activities that spark creativity, learning, and growth
• Observe, assess, and document children’s development
• Implement age-appropriate teaching & caregiving practices aligned with curriculum frameworks
• Partner with families to support each child’s journey
• Take part in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
• Support outreach activities to promote our Centre’s programmes
