Job summary

Drafter

• Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Office at City Hall, Working at Project Site at Jurong West / Project at Seletar
• Salary: $3000 to $3900

Requirements

• Proficient in 3D Revit and AutoCAD for architectural and structural drafting

Job Scope

• Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop‑drawings and working drawings (Architectural/ Structural) using AutoCAD and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
• Assist Project Team by providing timely shop‑drawings and best knowledge with accurate information for construction.
• To help in developing shop‑drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client‑Consultant's needs/request.
• Develop As‑built drawing for submission/ handover of the project completion to client/ consultants.
• To assist with Tender Bids/Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Ensure all required drawing is completed on‑time.
