Overview

We provide the resources, tools, and expert support necessary for beginners to develop practical skills and navigate the fast-evolving digital asset market.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of equity trades across global markets, assist senior traders, and help maintain optimal execution.
• Trade a broad range of financial products on multiple exchanges using internally developed trading models and state-of-the-art low latency technology.
• Undergo targeted training sessions delivered by our Operations, Technical, Credit, Compliance, and other teams.
• Conduct regular market and product research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Drive sales of non-ferrous metals such as Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Lead, and other commodities.
• Monitor and refine trading strategy performance in real-time and manage intraday market exposure and credit risk.
• Develop third-party relationships to expand cargo flow opportunities and assist in daily freight trading activities across tanker segments.
• The Trader for Cargill’s Grains and Oilseeds team will participate in trading and risk management of regional cash activities and remote selling to both domestic and international markets.
• In some roles, you may be responsible for trading across various currencies, executing strategies based on macroeconomic developments and interest rates.
• Collaborate with the trading team to execute trades and support overall trading operations.
