We are looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to drive the growth of one of our products, Reviewpro Reputation solutions across the hospitality and tourism industry in the APAC (Middle East) region. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational management to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and market presence.
Responsibilities
- Developandexecutegoals,strategies,andbusinessplansthatdrivegrowthandprofitability.
- OwnandmanagetheregionsP&L,includingkeyfinancialKPIs(revenue,cashflow,receivables,profitability).
- Build,maintain,andoptimizearobustBusinessDevelopmentpipelinetosupportbusinessobjectives.
- Defineandexecutesalesstrategiesforassignedmarkets.
- Managetheentiresalesprocess—prospecting,productdemonstrations,negotiation,andclosing.
- Leadandcoordinatecross-functionalteamstoensureefficientoperations and successful deliveryofthecompany’ssolutions.
- Overseelocaloperationstoensureoptimalproductivityandefficiency.
- Recruit,develop,andretainlocaltalenttosupportbusinessexpansionandteamperformance.
- Establishandnurturestrongrelationshipswithcustomers,partners,vendors,andsuppliers.
- Ensurethecompanyhasthenecessaryresourcestoachievestrategicobjectives.
- MonitorandevaluateoverallperformanceagainstestablishedgoalsandKPIs.
- StrengthenReviewproReputation’smarketpresenceandrepresentthecompanyatindustryevents,conferences,andnetworkingopportunities.
- Ensureadherencetolegalrulesandguidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the Hospitality Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of Hotel Technology technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales; data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Proven success in remote sales and SaaS solutions, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Active LinkedIn user with a “can-do” attitude, curious, adaptable, and up to date with modern sales techniques.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, people-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
