You will be responsible for monitoring software engineering metrics, fostering a collaborative environment, and working with international teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, with over 10 years of experience in designing and developing high-quality software at scale. Additionally, you should have 5+ years of management experience and a proven track record of driving engineering strategy, scaling teams sustainably, and managing team performance effectively. Experience with core technologies like AWS, Next.js, PHP, CI/CD models, agile development processes, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture is essential.
