As a Director of Nursing (Dialysis), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Report to COO/CEO.

• Oversee and manage operations, including the implementation of clinical practices, nursing audits, service quality initiatives, and the integration of new technologies.

• Enhance and maintain nursing quality.

• Assess and enforce nursing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct clinical audits.

• Strictly adhere to nursing standards and protocols.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding licenses, regulations, and compliance.

• Work collaboratively with other team leaders to promote continuous improvement and compliance.

• Provide leadership and support to all managers and staff.

• Review and evaluate budgeting reports, financial statements, and performance metrics.

• Closely monitor staffing and workforce issues.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.

• Possess minimally 8 years of management experience.
