A leading tech company in Singapore seeks a Director of APAC Sales Strategy and Operations to drive business strategy and operations within the sales organization. The ideal candidate has 10 years of experience in strategy and operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data for decision-making. The Director of APAC Sales Strategy and Operations is a key business advisor who will function as a Chief of Operations to our Head of APAC of LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS). The role is focused on driving strategy that will accelerate the growth of the LSS APAC organization and enable our field sales team to be as productive as possible through effective operations management.
This individual will be responsible for driving data‑driven decisions around business strategy in partnership with sales and cross‑functional leadership designing and implementing strategy enhancements through our sales planning process and leveraging sales analytics and operational improvements to drive action and improve the productivity of the team. He or she will also be a key member of a global sales strategy & operations leadership team and support global initiatives.
