Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing cum E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and growing our online presence, driving digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing e-commerce operations to maximize sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts: content creation, posting schedule, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and rankings.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.
E-Commerce
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or company’s own website).
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and optimized.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
- Handle e-commerce customer inquiries, complaints, and order fulfillment coordination.
- Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-purchase experience.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, Black Friday, festive sales).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce. (Fresh graduates with strong passion will be considered.)
- Hands-on experience with social media management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with good time management.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads).
- Video editing skills for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
