Qualifications

  • More than 8 years in industrial automation, account management, or related fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience within Life Sciences or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies and data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AVEVA or other digital solutions is a plus.
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.

Mission (About the Role)

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead our Life Sciences & Digital Transformation strategy across Singapore and Brunei. This role is pivotal in driving growth within the Life Sciences sector by leveraging Schneider Electric’s Industrial Automation solutions and the AVEVA portfolio to various market segments to deliver innovative solutions that enable customers to achieve operational excellence and sustainability.

What will you do?
  • Drive Life Sciences StrategyDevelop and execute Schneider Electric’s Life Sciences business strategy in Singapore, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, global teams, and ecosystem partners.
  • Engage C-Level ExecutivesBuild strong relationships with senior leadership at strategic companies to shape digital transformation initiatives, aligning Schneider Electric’s solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead Consulting Practices

Leverage advanced industrial automation technologies, digital twin modelling, and cutting‑edge consulting methodologies to address complex business challenges, delivering measurable and sustainable outcomes for clients.

  • Drive AVEVA & Digital Consulting Solutions

Position Schneider Electric and AVEVA’s portfolio—including digital twin solutions—as the preferred choice for digital transformation across market segments, accelerating adoption among customers in Singapore and Brunei.

  • Marketing & Thought LeadershipOrganize industry events, marketing programs, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen Schneider Electric’s presence and influence in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Collaborate Across FunctionsWork with sales, marketing, domain experts, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of account management and business development plans.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Preferred Experience: More than 8 years in industrial automation, account management business development, or related fields and has more than 3 years’ experience within Life Sciences or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, industrial automation, and data‑driven solutions.
  • Ability to engage and influence C‑Level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with AVEVA or other digital solutions is a plus.
