Job description

Responsibilities

• On board the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins
• Configure the Build, SIT, UAT & Artifactory
• Verify the Deployable artefacts
• Write the scripts for automations using Shell commands
• Verify the Deployment objects in the target server
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology
• Raise the Change Requests for Network Firewall, LVM, SSH, Connect Direct, Backups [NetBackup/DB backups]

Objectives and Knowledge in:

• Version Control Management & Branching Strategy
• Build tool for the building of deployable objects
• Writing unix/shell scripting
• Implementing/Managing CI/CD pipeline using DevOps tools
• AWS/GCP/Docker/Kubernetes
• Control-M Job scheduling and the ability to analyse
• Tracking tools such as JIRA/Confluence
• Release Management process and activities
• UNIX/LINUX
• Infrastructure management
• Release tools like Aldon LME

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines or equivalent experience
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the BFSI domain
• Relevant experience in Banking / Finance / IT; good knowledge of financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven results-oriented person with a main focus on delivery
• Good understanding and experience in the standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodology
