Scope of Work and Responsibilities
- Analytical in solving and troubleshooting customer’s IT network and infrastructure.
- IT Support Technicians work to maintain inhouse and clients computer systems and networks.
- Help the users of a network to use relevant devices and applications by answering any questions that may arise. It is part tech job and part customer service.
- Able to work and thrive under pressure with tight deadlines and fulfill tasks agreed to the customer.
- Able to fulfill KPI given for performance review
- Must be familiar with common PC and application software; Reloading; Backup of Desktop systems
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or Directors
- Must be able to work independently and analyse problems before escalation or discussing with immediate superiors or Directors

- Fluent in English and writing
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree or other relevant qualification
- Around 1 years of experience in Desktop support
- Able to Install & deploy Windows 10 & 11 built for laptops, workstations and desktops under tight time line.
- Strong communication and tech support skills
- Strong hands-on experience on Win10 & 11, Active Directory environment
- Cloud administration such as Office 365 and Email control panel
- Experience with standard desktop imaging and packaging
- Strong network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking.
