Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing initial design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes based on client briefs.
• Conduct space planning and create functional layout proposals.
• Produce creative and innovative design solutions that meet client needs, budget, and timeline.
• Prepare detailed drawings, including floor plans and elevations using software.
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings to help clients visualize the final design.
• Source and select materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.

Conductspaceplanningandcreatefunctionallayoutproposals.

Producecreativeandinnovativedesignsolutionsthatmeetclientneeds,budget,andtimeline.

Technical Documentation

Preparedetaileddrawings,includingfloorplans,elevations,andreflectedceilingplansusingsoftwarelikeAutoCADorSketchUp.

Create3Dvisualizationsandrenderingstohelpclientsvisualizethefinaldesign.

Assistinthedevelopmentofconstructiondrawingsanddocumentationforcontractors.

Project Coordination & Support

Sourceandselectmaterials,furniture,fixtures,andequipment(FF&E).

Obtainquotesandpreparepreliminarycostestimatesforclientpresentations.

Liaisewithvendors,contractors,andotherprofessionalstoensuredesignspecificationsaremet.

Supportseniordesignersinsitevisitstomonitorprojectprogressandensurequalitycontrol.

Client Interaction

Participateinclientmeetingstounderstandtheirrequirementsandpresentdesignideas.

Provideprofessionalandtimelycommunicationwithclientsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiencyindesignsoftware(e.g.,AutoCAD,SketchUp,3DsMax,V-Ray,AdobeCreativeSuite-Photoshop,InDesign).
