The Role
As the Country Leader for Kyndryl Vital SINGAPORE you will wear a couple of hats. First, you will lead the business of Kyndryl Vital — growing it, selling it, building the team to deliver it. Second, you will use your unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and psychology, to lead customers through complex challenges by identifying paths to value and a strategy for breakthrough experiences. You’ll lead Kyndryl Vital customer engagements, guide the team, and provide insights, ideas, and leadership at the CEO level. You’ll partner with Kyndryl business and account leaders, technical strategists, customers, and Kyndryl’s alliance partners to define problems, imagine solutions and service blueprints, and enable all to bring these solutions to life. You’ll work with Kyndryl Vital Sinagpore leaders to identify high-potential customer projects, build a pipeline for the team, and you will constantly look for more ways to add value to our customer’s businesses.
