• At least five years’ teaching experience in prep or primary schools.
• Experience as a Deputy Head or subject leader is preferred.
• International school experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Prep School.
• Be an ambassador of the school.
• Support the Head of College in delivering the vision for the school.
• Ensure effective performance of Prep teachers.
• Develop staff wellbeing.
