Job description

📍 Location: Little India
🕒 Working Hours: 9.00am – 6.30 pm (Monday to Thursday), 9.00am – 6.00 pm (Friday)
💰 Salary: $2800
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 9-months contract

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist and execute data/document migration from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the transfer.

  • Detect, log and help resolve data inconsistencies and migration challenges.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of migration activity and successful data transfers.

  • Assist with ongoing maintenance and improvement of databases and record systems.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and small projects as required.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in administrative roles. Prior public service experience is an advantage.

  • Experience or familiarity with grants management and/or records management is a plus.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.

  • Good organisational, time-management and project execution skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) and working with databases / electronic admin systems.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
