Lead development of advanced data analytics strategies and predictive models. Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, dashboards, and visualisations. Collaborate with clinicians to integrate AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions into clinical workflows. Drive data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA, HBRA). Translate complex insights into actionable strategies for patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced data analytics strategies and predictive models.
• Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, dashboards, and visualisations.
• Collaborate with clinicians to integrate AI/ML and LLM-powered solutions into clinical workflows.
• Drive data quality, governance, and compliance with healthcare regulations (PDPA, HBRA).
