Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with principals and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Analyze customer data to identify upselling opportunities and support strategic initiatives that strengthen retention, increase throughput, and drive revenue growth.
- Champion digital solutions to enhance customer experience and expand market presence.
- Oversee supplier and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
- Manage customer feedback channels (surveys, call centre, email) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Support aftersales procurement projects, driving cost-efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor initiatives and strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs, including parts purchasing, financial targets, and customer retention.
Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive or aftersales; fresh graduates with strong data analytics skills will also be considered.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
