  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer (PM Shift)
  • Working Location: Jalan Buroh
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 10.00am – 7:00pm) (Alternate Sat: 10.00am – 7.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + $10/day shift allowance + OT + $150 (Transport Allowance) + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle invoice preparation, order processing, and delivery documentation.
  • Respond to and acknowledge customer inquiries and orders and provide delivery summaries via email or phone.
  • Verify Good Received Notices (GRN).
  • Complete closing for all Delivery Orders (D/O).
  • Generate Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Reports.
  • Coordinate trucking and shipping instructions with the Freight Team for warehouse operations.
  • Maintain daily filing and update attendance reports.
  • Retrieve documents as needed for discrepancy reports at management’s request.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Qualifications

  • Computer skills are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills.
