• Update on new changes or requirements from airlines or government.
• Ensure monthly customer report submission.

Customer Service Officer/Executive (Export) /Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm

• Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA.
• Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly.
• Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner
• Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality.
• Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, planning team)
• Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement
• Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.
• Diploma in any discipline with 5 years in related field
