Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries/ complaints with patience and professional manner through walk-in, phone calls, online portal and emails etc.
• Generate catering orders and quotation.
• Handle and attend to customers’ food tasting session when necessary.
• Cooperate and liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding catering orders.
• Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics/ catering items.
• Provide support and assistance to team members when necessary.
• Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors.
