A leading banking service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide top-notch assistance to customers regarding banking inquiries. The ideal candidate must possess a diploma or higher and be willing to work non-negotiable afternoon shifts. Experience in the banking industry is preferred but not required if you have solid customer service experience. This role offers a base salary, transportation allowance, shift allowance, and performance bonuses.
Position: Customer Service Officer
Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)
Location: Jurong East or Changi, based on client assignment.
Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off; may include holiday work.
Working Hours in SG time: Morning or Afternoon Shifts (as per client assignment)
