A luxury goods company in Singapore is seeking a professional for Oracle administration, managing client repairs and inquiries, and quality defect reporting. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oracle administration (ROs, estimate, task, debrief, invoicing, overall QC)

  • Manage all local and overseas retailers repairs/enquiries>

  • Manage and resolve client complaints and/or feedbacks

  • Quality Defect reporting

  • Next service / Exchange program / Refurbishment / Quick service administration

  • Quarterly stock take (supporting Boutique)

  • Repair statistics and workshop productivity analysis

  • Back up for spare parts administration

  • Support CS department on administration work i.e. reporting and ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field with 3 years of experience in similar capacity.

  • Possesses a strong analytical mind, well-organized and an eye for detail

  • Trustworthy and ability to handle luxury items with care, accuracy & commitment.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  • IT competency – Microsoft Words and Excel. Experience in Oracle, Salesforce and/or CEGID will be an added advantage
