Job description

You will be working with a great team serving esteemed customers in a buzzing bakery. Bakery Brera is committed to being a leading artisanal bakery & cafe, providing quality baked products and customer service that emphasizes empowerment, continuous improvement, education, and community service. We are looking for mature individuals to work in our professional artisan bakery & cafe, with the following responsibilities:
  1. Serve customers (corporate, walk-in, online, events) with pride and care.
  2. Opportunity to work from home for planning, paperwork, customer inquiries, invoicing, ordering, supplier management, sourcing, social media, and strategic marketing.
  3. Gain experience to undertake executive tasks such as staff scheduling, process improvement, and product testing.
  4. Manage and curate menus for corporate clients, parties, and events.
  5. Embrace operational efficiency by carrying out SOPs, managing costs, improving productivity, and promoting sales.
  6. Promote products and provide value-added information, such as allergy and dietary requirements.
  7. Deliver service excellence by consulting with walk-in, online, and corporate customers, including social media interactions.
  8. Develop and monitor housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  9. Check stock levels and manage replenishment.
  10. Manage order fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Possess good product knowledge of bread and pastries (training provided).
  12. Manage mobile apps, POS, and laptop applications.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  14. Serve with a mission heart, inspired and dedicated individuals.
