Geographical scope: Singapore
Main Missions
- As Customer Service Executive you will be responsible to:
- Support sales department.
- Support customer service requirements in terms of operations, sales and solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Optimize the delivery of solutions to clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as first contact point for customer service.
- Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently.
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Working on an open, interactive relation with customer by phone and email.
- Respond to customers’ requests in a timely manner, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
- Qualify customer inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to ensure quotations are accepted + closed.
- Planning and arrangement of international consignments.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Establish and strengthen operational service quality and customer relation daily interactions, regular visits and by pro-actively advising and consulting to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support customer onboarding in line with working instructions and/or SOP, ensuring inclusion + transfer of customer requirements into Clasquin’s systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
- Create, review + refine customer reports.
- SOP Management & Monitoring compliance at country/branch level.
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors, suppliers and service providers to secure space and cost competitiveness.
Skills and Experience
- Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- Minimum 3+ years' relevant experience in sales & operational roles the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Demonstrate flexibility and team skills.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer requirements to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure.
