A leading outsourcing company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a 3-month contract role starting in February 2026. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries across various platforms, support administrative tasks, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Customer Service Assistant [3-Months Contract]

Job Description: We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join a collaborative team supporting a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. This temporary role is available from February to May 2026. The position involves engaging with customers through calls, live chat, and face-to-face interactions, while also assisting with general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and at the service counter
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including handling deliveries, mailing, and managing apparel
  • Support various team functions and be open to taking on additional tasks within the work unit
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive experience for all visitors
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in completing tasks
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum qualifications: GCE A Levels or Diploma
  • No prior experience required, but a customer service mindset is essential

Contract Duration: 3-months

Max Salary: $2,580 per month
