The position holder is responsible for handling an array of front-facing duties. They will directly work with customers to answer their queries or provide additional support where needed. They will have to ensure customer service requests and payments are acted upon, processed, and recorded accurately and in a timely manner. The Customer Service Administrator is expected to provide excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
