Job description
- Contact Centre Experience
- Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays
- Ability to draft a professional email response back to the customer
- Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application ( download application / install/uninstall)
- Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
- Basic troubleshooting of PC and software
- Working Hours / 830qm-8.30 pm
- Mandarin Speaking preferred.
