Qualifications

We are looking for a team player to take up the role as Customer Executive and be responsible for dealing with all our APAC contract customers so to ensure that we deliver Wheels and Brakes for the customers’ aircraft in accordance with contract terms, requirements and customer expectations.

In this team you will learn all our processes from scratch with day‑to‑day close engagement with our customers as well as our repair shops around the world. We manage our service delivery to our customers and create the plans for our repair shops ensuring that we meet our delivery commitments timely and with quality. With this we prepare for delivery of serviceable units when needed.

The opportunity

Working from our office in Singapore you will collaborate together with the Program Managers and be responsible for general customer support, assuring the smooth running of assigned customers & programs and securing the operational logistic flow in serving our customers.

The primary tasks will include, not limited to:
  • Processing exchange and lease orders.
  • Processing replenishment orders in a timely manner.
  • Filing transactions in the company’s IT system Quantum.
  • Arranging and following through on pick‑up and deliveries between program customers and TPAerospaces facilities.
  • Working with Accounting to ensure timely payments are made by clients.
  • Coordinating with the quality department and Repair and Asset Managers on warranty cases together with the Program Manager.
  • Reporting to management as required.
Qualifications

We are seeking a Customer Executive who is aligned with the description below:

  • Educational background within business, logistical, technical discipline or similar.
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Expert level in MS Excel would be an advantage.
  • Preferably experience within aviation along with customer service, sales, logistics or supply chain.
