Job description

As a Data Quality Specialist, your role involves analyzing and categorizing occurring issues in close collaboration with markets and GDBS Teams. You will be responsible for defining process gaps, suggesting solutions, and supporting the deployment, communication, training, and adoption of data management principles, strategy, and processes within the business unit. Your tasks will also include assessing the business impact of proposed changes to data structures and definitions, challenging where appropriate, and ensuring the business is ready to accept agreed changes.In this role, you will be delivering trainings within the team and to the wider Data community, focusing on data quality management. The essential qualifications and experience required for this position include fluency in English, excellent analytical skills, accuracy, rigorous attention to detail, proficiency in SAP and good Excel knowledge, good communication skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to coordinate the work of the Data Controllers and provide support.Desirable qualifications for this role include demonstrated energy and drive to make a difference in the data role, prior business experience, strong communication skills to explain processes or reasons clearly and concisely for data request rejection, and strong excel (macro) experience.
