Job summary

A leading air conditioning company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative for a renewable contract position. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing complaints, and collaborating with departments to resolve issues. Candidates should hold a minimum GCE 'O' level, possess good communication skills, and ideally have experience in customer service or retail. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Requirements
