Overview

Cross border E-commerce specialist [K Beauty skincare/cosmetic]. We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce specialist to join our dynamic K-beauty cosmetic E-commerce team in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing and growing an international online sales, operation and logistics including planning, executing, and overseeing daily operations to maximize sales and brand visibility of our Shopify store.

Responsibilities

• Listing new products, updating product descriptions, images and running promotion campaigns (Email marketing, onsite pop up, WhatsApp direct message) on a regular basis to increase site traffic and conversion rate in Shopify store.
• E-Commerce: Google SEO
• Logistics: International distribution through FedEx
• Customer service: communicating with customers on inquiries through different channels (Email, WhatsApp)
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and content are accurate and optimized.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates.
• Communicate with the warehouse team to check stock availability.
• Monitor competitor stores to check price, promotions, new products, and identify differentiators to improve our store.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with good time management.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Nice-to-Have (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads).
• Video editing skills for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
