Osaka Gas Energy Supply and Trading (\"OGEST\"), 100% subsidiary of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd. (\"OGHQ\"), is looking for a Corporate Planning Manager to join the company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate Planning & Market Analysis
- Development of strategical plan for the further expansion of LNG trading and optimization business and Electricity Trading for OGHQ/OGEST
- Valuation of options and development of valuation models in LNG trading
- Collaborate with the Back Office in and the Planning & Accounting team in Japan HQ to manage the PL budget/actual tracking as well as cash flow forecast and report periodically to managements in OGEST/OGHQ
- Lead in the issuance of monthly activity report by gathering data from among OGEST members
- Manage Board of Meeting and Annual Shareholder Meeting & documentation
- Lead and develop competitive analysis for OGEST
- Lead the analysis of market data related to LNG and Electricity Trading business
- Support ad-hoc projects led by Middle and Back office
- Other duties assigned by management from time to time
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LNG/energy industry
- Proficient and fluent in both English and business Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) to read, translate and discuss Japanese laws and legal related documents in Japanese with OGHQ.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
