Job description

We’re looking for someone to document and create SOP manuals for the work processes of all office-level executives in all departments of the company. We aim to find someone who is keen to work closely with the management in improving the firm’s operations, and to be involved in the growth of the company. The Corporate Planning Assocaite will be responsible for improving efficiency through recording existing operation processes and thinking of ways to improve on them.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about the processes behind running a company. You’ll be working on a wide range of issues, which provide a good learning experience to hone your skills. You will need strong writing skills, logical thinking skills, attention to detail and high fluency in English.

In this role, you will be given the chance to work on interesting projects, and you’ll be part of a wider team who are driven to grow the company further. Requirements
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate planning, strategical or managerial role OR any role with a in which you were able to engage regularly with problem solving and implementing solutions. We are able to consider a diverse pool of candidates with a range of job experiences and job specializations.
  • Strong logical thinking and reasoning ability
  • Strong English writing ability
  • Accounting / Finance / IT background can be advantageous but not required

  • Periodically rotate through the work duties of executive-level staff in the sales, customer support, and billing departments
  • Propose modifications for the work duties of executive staff to increase work efficiency, decrease human error and align the executive’s work duties with other departments
  • Track changes in work processes and periodically update standard operating procedure manuals
  • Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors
  • Create plans for implementing business strategies
  • Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission, including assisting in the planning of growth and development for specific departments
  • Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
  • Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the company’s overall business strategy
  • Provide support to executive-level staff when the company undergoes significant organizational changes
