Job summary

A financial advisory firm in Changi Business Park is looking for a finance professional to lead project and corporate financing. The successful candidate will manage financial modeling, prepare proposals, and expand partnerships with banks and trusts. Candidates should have a degree in Accountancy/Investment and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.

Job Descriptions

• Lead the entire process of project and corporate financing, including plan design, selection of financing channels, material preparation, and execution.

• Independently conduct financial modeling, prepare financing proposals, and perform risk assessments to ensure feasibility and implementation.

• Maintain and expand partnerships with banks, trusts, and securities firms, and participate in negotiations and agreement signings.

• Assist in financial review before corporate listing and coordinate with intermediaries to complete submissions and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Investment with 3–5 years of experience in financing

• Possess skills in financial analysis and capital operations.

• Able to independently design and execute financing plans, be familiar with financing processes, and demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Familiar with Mandarin language to engage with the Chinese stakeholders.
