Role Description

A rare chance to join a deep tech start up and You’ll work directly with CFO and Finance Manager. This role provides broad exposure across accounting, fund raising, investor relations, and corporate operation, making it ideal for someone who wants to grow into a well-rounded startup professional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Analysis

• Record daily accounting transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities, management reporting, and annual audit processes.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and operating expenses across entities.
• Coordinate with external accountants, corporate secretaries, and auditors to ensure adherence to Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.

2. Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

• Assist in preparing financial data, investor reports, and fundraising materials.
• Support due diligence processes and maintain organized investor documentation.
• Contribute to the development of financial models, pitch materials, and investor presentation decks.

3. Corporate Operations

• Provide operational support across HR, marketing, and corporate functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance
• Previous experience at Investment Banking or Consulting is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting software preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
