Responsibilities

• Provide support to ensure the smooth operations of Dietetics & Catering Services (DCS).
• Assist the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie of the section.

Requirements

Competency

• To be responsible for the hygiene standard and cleanliness of the section
• To ensure that all patient meals are dished accurately according to ward orders
• To ensure that all meals produced by the section are of acceptable standards
• To minimise wastage and optimise stock level of raw materials and ingredients.
• To perform any other duties as assigned

Educational and Professional Requirements

• GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid food hygiene certification of at least 6 months
