Job summary

A law firm in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Conveyancing Associate to manage a wide range of property transactions, including residential and commercial deals. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience and substantial conveyancing expertise. Responsibilities include drafting legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and providing advice on wills and powers of attorney. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent client-service skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required and communication skills in Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of post‑qualification experience.
  • Substantive conveyancing experience in a Singapore law firm.
  • Prior exposure to wills, probate and LPA is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on conveyancing matters including property transactions.
  • Draft, review and finalise legal documentation for property transactions.
  • Conduct title and legal searches, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide legal advice on wills, probate and LPA matters.
  • Maintain and organise matter files to track deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and government bodies.
  • Manage client communications ensuring excellent service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
