Job summary

A human resources company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support its operations team. This role requires a diploma in Business Studies or a related field, alongside strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include managing invoices, data entry, and liaising with tenants. This is a two-year contract position with a competitive monthly salary of up to $3,500, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
  • Carry out sourcing and purchasing duties.
  • Prepare invoices, and data key-in and submission of reports.
  • Coordinate paperwork for meter reading and other operations.
  • Assist in documentation for renovation works.
  • Handle correspondences with tenants.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner
  • Tocarry out sourcing and purchasing duties
  • To prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports
  • To coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes
  • To assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases
  • To assist in the dealings and correspondences with tenants
  • To perform general administrative and clerical duties including liaising with the Authorities on admin matter

Duration: 2 years contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Working Location: East Area

Salary: up to $3500

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application is required
  • Systematic, organized and meticulous
