Job summary

A dynamic construction firm in Singapore is seeking a project administrator to assist in project management, handle tenders, and manage quotations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in project administration within the construction or property management industry and strong communication skills. This role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment with a 5-day work week.

Job Description

  • Assist and support Project Manager in project management and administration

  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents, and handle tender-related clarifications

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations accurately and promptly

  • Monitor project progression and provide regular updates on project-related issues

  • Manage all project administration documents, including processing, filing, and internal communication

  • Communicate and work closely with customers, contractors, and 3rd party service providers

  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers for quotations, ordering, and arranging goods delivery

  • Handle customer enquiries via email/phone calls on quotations

  • Provide administrative support to all departments as and when required


Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in both tender preparation/submission and quotation handling (essential requirement)

  • Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project administration within the construction, design, building, or property/facility management industry

  • Highly driven, independent, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an advantage

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • 5-day work week
